🏡 House Cleaning

How do you determine pricing?

We provide customized flat-rate estimates based on the size and condition of your home, the service requested, and any selected add-ons. You will know the estimated price before the appointment.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Dust Off Cleaning Solutions brings professional cleaning supplies and equipment. Please tell us in advance if your home requires a specific product or an eco-friendly option.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning includes everything in a standard cleaning plus extra attention to buildup, baseboards, doors, trim, ceiling fans, fixtures, blinds, vents, kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas. Inside the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and interior windows are optional add-ons.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Products are used according to their labels and manufacturer instructions. Please tell us about children, pets, allergies, or sensitivities so we can discuss the best product options for your home.

📦 Move-In & Move-Out

Can you guarantee that I will receive my security deposit back?

We clean to professional move-out standards and focus on the areas landlords commonly inspect. However, the final deposit decision is made by the landlord or property manager, so a deposit return cannot be guaranteed.

Do you clean inside empty cabinets, drawers, ovens, and refrigerators?

Yes. Empty cabinets and drawers can be included, and inside oven and refrigerator cleaning can be selected as add-ons.

Is there an additional fee for heavy buildup?

Heavy grease, soap scum, pet hair, excessive clutter, or other significant buildup may require additional time. Any adjustment will be discussed before the work begins.

Do you provide carpet steam cleaning or professional window cleaning?

Dust Off currently specializes in residential cleaning. Carpet steam cleaning and specialty exterior window cleaning are not included, but we can note those needs when preparing your estimate.

🏨 Airbnb Turnovers

Do you offer same-day turnovers?

Same-day turnovers may be available depending on the property location, checkout time, check-in time, and our schedule. Advance booking is recommended.

Can you wash and replace linens and towels?

Laundry and bed-linen changes can be added when laundry facilities and clean supplies are available at the property.

Can you restock guest supplies?

Yes. We can restock toiletries, coffee, paper products, and other guest essentials when the host provides the items and instructions.

Will you report guest damage or missing items?

Yes. We will notify the host when we notice visible damage, missing items, or other concerns during the turnover.

Do you clean apartments, condos, and studio layouts?

Yes. We clean apartments, condos, townhomes, and studio layouts throughout Plano and surrounding DFW communities.

Can you follow building access, parking, and elevator requirements?

Yes. Please provide access instructions, parking information, elevator reservations, and any contractor requirements before the appointment.

Can you follow HOA or building noise rules?

Yes. We will follow the access hours and reasonable building guidelines you provide before service.

Can you work efficiently in smaller spaces?

Yes. Cleaning plans are adjusted to the layout, condition, and priorities of each apartment or studio.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Deposits become non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
